aftermath 3 Stylistic Exercise in Salhiyyeh, Lebanon

Date: August,21 2011

Photographer: Elie Michel Harfouche

Author: Elie Harfouche

This is the third in a series of images documenting the aftermath, understood as exposures of Lebanese settings in the wake of the event, be it social, cultural or built. Aftermath is an alternative look at the after-party, expanding our range of focus to find interest in the peripheral.

A new construction in Salhiyyeh, in the South of Lebanon, suffers from a particular stylistic synergy that emerged between a client and an architect.
